HouzAZ & Associates Gives Back: Supporting Deployed Troops Through "Packages From Home"

At HouzAZ & Associates, helping families buy and sell homes in the Phoenix area is just the beginning of what we do. As proud members of the Realty One Group family, our team believes in strengthening the communities we serve, both locally and abroad.

Recently, several of our team members had the honor of volunteering with Packages From Home, a Phoenix-based nonprofit organization dedicated to sending care packages to U.S. military members stationed overseas. These packages are filled with essential items, snacks, and heartfelt notes that bring a piece of home to those bravely serving our country.

Representing HouzAZ & Associates at the event were Paul O’Connell, Lisa Glomski, Hector Hernandez, and Taylor Tebeau—each of whom rolled up their sleeves and helped assemble dozens of care packages alongside other community volunteers. The energy in the room was uplifting, and the impact of the work was deeply meaningful.

“Our business is all about helping people find home,” said Lisa Glomski. “So being able to send a little piece of home to the men and women who are defending our freedom was incredibly powerful.”

The event was more than just a day of service.  It was a reminder of the strength of community and the importance of giving back.
